The Signal Isolator, Isolating amplifier series

Single-Channel Passive DC Signal Isolator
Ziegler TI-816(without power supply)

Signal isolator to electrically insulate an analog DC signal in the range 0(4)---20mA which depending on version is then converted to a current or voltage signal (0(4)---20 mA or 0(2)---10 V ). It operates passively and does not require a separate power supply, but derives the little power energy it needs from the DC signal.
  • Electrical insulation of analog DC signal 0(4)---20mA- Prevents the transfer of     interference voltages and currents. Solves grounding problem in meshed     signal networks.
  • Highly accurate-performs its isolating function with negligible transmission     error.
  • No power supply needed-saves wiring costs and is easy to install.
  • Small and compact-Makes best use of the available space.
  • Two Channel,Single/Two-pole Isolation Amplifier
    Ziegler TV-808

Isolating amplifer for electrical insulation of DC signals. Processes single and two-pole and live zero signals. Provision for raising the burden and signal conversion . A version with one input and two outputs is available that enables two electrically insulated outputs to be obtained from a single input signal.

  • Electrical insulation between input, output and power supply, prevents       falsified
  • Flexibility provided by more than 250 different input and output combinations     selected by simply positioning soldered jumpers – Reduced stocking
  • Green LED signals-a power supply failure
  • Inputs 0---0.1 too –40mA DC & DC Voltage 0---0.06 to 0---40V also line zero &     bipolar asymmetric.
  • Two or Three Channel passive DC signal Isolator
    Ziegler TI-807

Signal isolator to electrically insulate the analog DC signal in the range 0(4)---20 mA which depending on version is then converted to a current or voltage signal (0(4)---20 mA or 0(2)---10 V. It operates passively and does not require a separate power supply, but derives the little auxiliary energy it needs from the DC signal.

  • Electrical insulation of analog DC signals 0(4)---20 mA. Prevents the transfer     of interference voltages and currents. Solves grounding problems in meshed     signal networks.
  • Highly accurate-performs its isolating function with negligible transmission     error.
  • No power needed-saves wiring costs and is easy to install in existing plants.
  • Programmable/ Configurable Transmitter series

    Single or Two-Channel Configurable Transmitter
    Ziegler V604

Programmable universal transmitter which converts the input variable- a DC current or voltage, or a signal from a thermocouple, resistance thermometer, remote sensor or potentiometer-to a proportional analog output signal .

  • Input variable (temperature, variations of resistance, DC signals) and all     measuring ranges programmed using PC
  • Output signal range programmed using PC and the type of output signal     (current or voltage) on a DLP switch
  • Electrical insulation between measured variable, analog output signal and     power supply – Fulfils EN61010
  • Digital measured variable data available at the programming interface-simplifies commissioning, measured variable and signals can be viewed on site using a PC.
  • Single or Two-Channel Configurable Transmitter
    Ziegler PT-602

Transmitter for converting the resistance of Pt 100 temperature feeler into a linear proportional output signal. Depending on the version, the Pt 100 feeler can have a two, three or four-wire connection.

  • Electrical insulation between measuring input, measuring output and power     supply-Fulfils EN61010
  • Any measuring range can be set on a DIP switch and potentiometer
  • Signaling of open-circuit or short-circuit be Red LED
